  • This product requires both upper and lower impressions, 2 impression kits
  • Impression Kit includes: 2 upper trays, 2 lower trays, 6 putties, written instructions and several video instructions. Included is 1 pre-paid return label for mailing back your self impressions. 
  • If you need a partial for the top arch, please also take an impression for the lower. If you need a partial for the lower arch, please also take an impression of the top arch.
