This is my second a.m. Aligner my first one was chewed up by my dog. This really helps me. It’s a real big help almost every morning after taking out my sleep appliance. I noticed they were no photos so I hope these photos are helpful for you to understand what this is and the process. Highly recommend this.

Surprisingly makes a difference

Very easy to us. Heat water bite down and I use it. I use it early morning to relax my jaw. I've been using the silent nite for many years and only recently found out about this aligner.

I needed a new AM Aligner for use after my nighttime sleep apnea appliance to realign my bite. The old one I got through my former dentist was a harder material, and although it lasted several years, it just started disintegrating. When I received the new aligner I was afraid at first to put it in hot water as the instructions said because there is a possibility of getting it too hot and ruining it. But once I got up the courage it was easier than I thought. I also like the tab in the front used to remove it. My old one didn't have that. Because it is a softer material than my old one I can't speak yet to how long it will last, but it works just the way I need it to for my bite alignment.

Totally a life saver. Teeth hurt in the am. This helps.
