I had a little trouble understanding the way to order both a top and bottom retainer. They were prompt with calling me to help me get it corrected and offered rush shipping for any inconvenience. I had to take some stars away as it took 3 weeks and a few emails for them to send out the impression kit. After I did the impressions, it was about 3-4 weeks until I received the retainer which is reasonable, however they sent me a blue one when I requested Orange. It’s not that big of a deal in the long run as it still works and the blue is fine, it’s just not what I ordered.
