I was sceptical about the raving reviews and if it would really work but I was keeping my parter awake at night with my snoring so I thought I'd give it a shot.
The first night she slept through the night with no snoring, and the proof it works was when I forgot to put the snore guard in I woke her up.
One person is getting a better night sleep for sure!
