The repair was fine, but it took more than a month, with poor communication. I had to add expedited shipping for $40 because it took so long. Also, I was unaware that the repair already included a set of connectors, and ordered a set as well. When I found out that I didn't need the extra connectors, I asked to return them or get a credit, and was refused. So between the extra connectors and shipping, the whole thing cost me an extra $100.
