Here are some tips for cleaning Sleep Apnea and EMA Devices:
Rinse after use
Immediately after removing your mouth guard, rinse it with cool water to remove plaque and debris. If you use mouthwash, make sure to rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove all traces. 
Brush gently
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and cool water to gently brush your mouth guard. Avoid using toothpaste, which can damage the material
Deep clean
Once a month, you can deep clean your mouth guard by soaking it in a solution.
Denture cleaner: Ultra-sonic cleaner; soak your mouth guard in a glass or bowl of water with a nonabrasive denture cleaner dissolved in it. 
Vinegar and hydrogen peroxideSoak your mouth guard in distilled white vinegar for at least 30 minutes, then rinse. Next, soak it in hydrogen peroxide for at least 30 minutes, then rinse again. 
Dry and store
Allow your mouth guard to dry completely on a clean, dry surface before storing it in its case. Store it at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. 
Denture cleaner: Soak your mouth guard in a glass or bowl of water with a nonabrasive denture cleaner dissolved in it.  Ultra-sonice cleaner is a good option as well.

Have your mouth guard checked annually by a sleep dentist to ensure it is advancing correctly and to address any potential issues.
