Selecting Connectors for Sleep Apnea and EMA Appliances

The Sleep Apnea Device is delivered with the 25 mm connector in place. To advance the lower jaw forward, select the connector that is one size shorter, 24mm, for example. To position the lower jaw back, select the next-sized longer connector.

The Sleep Apnea device has a shortest connector of 21mm and longest is 26mm.

The EMA device has a shortest connector of 13mm and 21mm.

The EMA has four different elastic tension options, indicated by color. Soft - White, Yellow - Medium, Blue - Firm, Clear - Extra Firm. These are sold separately.
